As a registration volunteer, you set the tone for the race! You will greet our participants help make sure they are registered, hand them their bib, t-shirt and send them off to have a great race! Biggest requirement for this task is the ability to share a smile and a helpful attitude!

If you are not running the race, having you in this position is helpful, thus allowing others to leave their volunteer station in a timely manner to get race ready!

15K and/or 7K Course Monitor - Cannot Run

As a course monitor, you are the human GPS of the race course! Your job is simple stand and point people in the race direction! The 10k Course and 15k course share the same path - - - and is pretty simple, but your smiling face will help participants feel confident that they are going the correct direction!

Course setup 7/15k-can run

Details

Setting up for the race gives you a sneak peak of the course! In addition, you help make sure that participants can easily stay on track and that our volunteers have everything they need to support our runners. You will need a truck to deliver / set out waterstop supplies and mile markers

We want to leave the race course as good, or better than we found it. As soon as the course closes, you will head out and pick up all the race supplies. You will need a truck to pickup waterstop supplies and mile markers.

After participating in the race, it's snack time! You will be helping set tables up and food out for our runners to enjoy after they complete the race.

The Back of the Pack Elite peeps are sure to bring fun to the course providing water and encouragement to runners near the turn around point of the 15k race!

15K Turnaround Course Monitor

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

As the Turnaround Course monitor, the participants are going to be soooo excited to see you!!! Your enthusiasm and cheering will help them muster up the energy to head back to to town! If you weren't there, they could keep running forever! Just think, all you have to do is stand there and tell people to go back where they came from! It's just that easy, but it is so important!
