Thank you for helping us set up for the event!
Your assistance with registration, vendor areas, and water stations is greatly appreciated.

Tasks: Help set up registration, vendor stations, and water stations. Be prepared to lift, move, and rearrange tables, chairs, and other items.

Dress Code: Wear comfortable, modest clothing. Close-toed shoes are a must. Dress for the weather.

Arrival Time: Please arrive by 1:15 PM. Check in at the Volunteer table

Parking Instructions: Parking will be at the Natatorium parking lot.

Your punctuality and readiness are key to a smooth setup. We look forward to working with you!

Tasks: Race Marshalls, Water station staffing, Kid Zone monitor and clean up. Be prepared to lift, move, and rearrange tables, chairs, and other items.

Parking Instructions: Park where you can and walk to the event.
