Set-up and man an aid station for runners during the entire race. This is more than an aid station, this is a platform for encouragement!

Check-In / Registration High Priority

Details

Use mobile devices to register new runners and to check in previously registered runners into the race. You will ensure that each runner has signed the activity waiver, is given a timing chip, and is given a numbered bib prior to the race.

1.5k / 5k Route Direction High Priority

Details

You'll be sent out on the 1K/5K route to help ensure participant safety and participant knowledge on course direction. This job is very important, but has a ton of perks as you can dress-up/light-up and create Holiday Cheer along the route.

Location

A map (Grassland Estates West) will be provided marking course direction and outpost you're supposed to be at.

Race Site Set-Up High Priority

Details

Work with the race team to set-up everything related to this event, beforehand. From heavy lifting to hanging up Christmas lights - we will need you!

Race Site Tear Down High Priority

Details

What goes up must come down! Also assist with participant dismissal, trash pick-up and route clean-up.

Race Day Misc Volunteer Medium Priority

Details

Work with the race team to fill-in any absentee volunteers or help with additional tasks that come available.

Finish Line Volunteer Low Priority

Help hand out finisher's medals at the end of the race.
