Help us make a difference on Race Day (Sat. Oct. 5, 2019) by volunteering. These are very capable folks along the course that can enforce rules and make sure the race is running smoothly.

We need at least 3-4 marshalls.

Pre Race Packet Pickup (Friday October 4, 2019) High Priority

Details

Pre Race packet pickup is scheduled for Friday October 4, 2019 at Riverside Runners, 2480 Rivermont Avenue, Lynchburg, VA 24503. It is open to the public 12-6pm.

Packet Pickup volunteers assist with welcoming participants, assigning numbers, providing t-shirts and other items to participants. They also assist with setup and clean up of packet pickup. Confidence in dealing with the public and computer skills are necessary. Although not required, the perfect packet pickup volunteer is available on both Friday and Saturday morning for consistency.

Race Day Volunteers: Food Stations High Priority

You must be 18 or older to volunteer for this task.
