Guide traffic to the designated grassy parking area and into organized rows. You know as well as I do that people really need help parking in a field! :-)

Registration & Food High Priority

Details

Collect money & forms for race day registration, check in the online registrants and distribute bibs, chips and t-shirts. After the race starts, help set up the food area and keep the food table full and clean. We don't like sweat & snot in our food! Lol

Station Attendant

Help us at one of the 5 stations along the course. The stations we are planning to have are: Apple Cider Shots, Eat a Cupcake, Shuck an Ear of Corn, Apple Pitch, and Throw a Bale of Hay.

Course Marshall

Details

Wear a costume and be our eyes out there. Be out on the course to help guide runners and cheer for them. Also report any possible injuries or hazards that you are aware of. If you dress as a zombie or ghoulish character, you are welcome to limp along behind people and groan. Lol!

Clean Up
