Please arrive to check-in and assist with set-up no later than 06:30 AM. Sign the volunteer check-in sheet.

Previous experience working with the digital registration system is preferred but not necessary. There will always be someone on-hand to train you.

Expect to stay through the duration of the registration process until breakdown after the beginning of the event. This should be until 08:00 AM.

Positive attitudes a MUST. Watch your tone as you engage with other participants.

This assignment is outdoors. You need to be prepared for the weather on race day.

You will receive an email a few days in advance of the event with additional assignment details.

Directing runners and keeping them safe along the route are the key responsibilities. Duties include a proper understanding of the course, guiding race participants along the course, and watching out for possible participant issues and traffic. Being confident and loud (if necessary) is helpful.

Expect to stay through the duration of the event which should be approximately 10:00 AM.

Positive attitudes a MUST. Please cheer on the runners as they pass by!
