Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Richmond Road Runners Club at our Spirit Stop along the course of the Ukrop's Monument Avenue 10K on SATURDAY, March 28.

Please only sign up if you can commit to volunteering from 8:15 AM until approximately 12:00 noon.

If you cannot commit to the whole time, you are welcome to show up and join the fun as your schedule allows.

Our spot is at Monument Avenue & Staples Mills Road. You will need to bring a super positive attitude, an eagerness to cheer on the runners and walkers, noisemakers, funny hats, signs, etc. And be prepared to be out in the weather (whatever it is) for four hours.
