Go straight to the water station upon arrival. At the water station you'll find 2 tables, cups, trash bags, a trash can and your volunteer shirt.
One table is for electrolite (blue) and the other is for plain water (red jug). There will also be cups and garbage bags. Fill the cup 1/3 full and place it on the table leaving space around it so that a racer can quickly grab it. Racers are responsible for taking the water. You are not handing it out.
Place trash bags into trash can 25 yards down the road so that runners are encouraged to throw the cups into the trash can.
There will be a lead motorcycle and a follow vehicle. Once the follow vehicle arrives, please help load the table and supplies into the vehicle.
