Details

For duathlon, runners start with 1st sprint wave or about 8:30. Tell runners to start when Dave starts the first swimmer wave for the sprint.
For 2nd run, Direct runners to turn right and tell them to stay right until the BL Police wave them on. Once last runner has passed, move towards the lake and wave finishers to cross the road appropriately.

Bring water coolers, cups and table to spot prior to 8:30 am. For both 5K turnaround and 10K turnaround. (10K turnaround volunteers will pick up their water on their way out to their spot, from the 5K turnaround.)
Place cone in the road on the "X"; Fill water cups half full and offer to runners
Direct 5k runners to turn around the cone and 10K runners to continue; 10K runners will return

Direct Bikers/Runners out - when bikers leave, listen for timing chip to chirp, if not, send them back to their wetsuit. Also, make sure helmet is secured on head and NO earbuds.
Bikers head left to Mount Line, Runners head right around the park. Fill water cups as needed.

When leaving after event, verify bike number and bib number match. If not, get an event staff to help
