Make sure our runners know where to run by assisting with the set up of course 5K and 1 mile courses. This includes setting up arrows and cones along the route to ensure clarity during the race.

Entertain us before, during and after the races on the mic and with your own family friendly playlist. Thank our sponsors and keep our runners in the loop as race time nears. Start the race with a countdown and cheer on runners as they cross the finish line. Two separate speakers will be provided so you can have both voice and music as needed.

Keep our runners safe by walking behind the very last person on the course. You will be walking the full 5K course. If needed you will be assisting slow moving participants so they can either exit the course or finish prior to the parade starting.

Details

Host a water station and turn around point for the 5K runners in the parking lot at our wonderful local Senior Center, the Shipley Center! Please bring your own table, chair, water and small cups along with trash cans so our runners can stay hydrated. Cheer on runners and point them back to the finish line. Music, decorations and costumes are welcome!
