7:00am - 10:30am. Course Marshalls watch for car traffic that might be coming through the route and ask cars to wait while runners are coming through. Spot on course will be assigned.

Floater Volunteers Medium Priority

Various time slots. These volunteers would be flexible to fill any gaps on race morning.

Aid Station High Priority

At least 12 more volunteers needed.

Details

7:00am - 10:30am Volunteers will pass out water cups to runners and refill them. Clean up location when race is finished. This is a good area for kids to volunteer with their parents or groups that want to stay together.

Start-Finish Line/Kids 1K Run/Tent/Clean-up High Priority

At least 10 more volunteers needed.

Details

7:00am - 11:00am These volunteers will perform various duties to assist runners at start of race and as they finish. Assist with the kids 1K run around the festival grounds. Other activities like hand out water at the end of the race and help runners and spectators to make their way into the tent, guide runners into tent and general clean-up of area.

1/2 Marathon Bike Lead High Priority

You must be 21 or older to volunteer for this task.

6:30am - 8:30am. This volunteer will guide the lead runner on a bike to ensure leader follows the half-marathon course path. They will communicate with volunteer coordinator location of lead runner as they near the finish and announce leader is approaching intersections and aid stations. This will allow volunteers to prepare for runners will be approaching.

Bike Trail (end of 1/2 marathon) High Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

6:30am - 10:30am. This volunteer will follow the last runner and announce to volunteers only on half marathon course of last runner and leave their volunteer post. They will also communicate with volunteer coordinator status and location of last runner via text.

5K Bike Lead High Priority
