Details

Set up tents, tables, chairs, signage, racecourse signs, etc... LIFTING/CARRYING heavy tables and boxes will be necessary.
This task requires arriving at 6:30am and helping set up for the event.

Raffle Ticket Sales High Priority

You must be 18-75 years old to volunteer for this task.

Details

Assist with selling raffle tickets and help distribute prizes. This task requires you to be working for the entire event. Participating in the walk isn't possible, unless there are enough volunteers to cover ticket sales. Volunteers must be 18 years or older to sell raffle tickets.

Clean Up High Priority

Details

Help with event clean up and packing vehicles with supplies. This event allows you to participate in the entire event, just need your help at the end. Help with lifting tables and boxes will be necessary.
