Specific locations can be requested and are subject to availability. Times vary depending on location. Starting time 8:45am-10am. Finishing time 10:45am-12:45pm

Finish Chute Medium Priority

Details

Assist timers with set up and take down. Hand out place finisher medals as racers cross

Finish line announcer Medium Priority

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Give racers a chance to hear their name as they cross the finish line. Ideally, this is a group of 3 people. One person will stand near the trail entrance and radio in race numbers. The second person finds the name on a list. The third will announce the name as they cross.

Pre-race parking High Priority

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Obtain a flag from registration and assist racers as they enter the parking lot. 6:45 am until race start

Registration Table High Priority

At least 3 more volunteers needed.

Details

Assist with packet pick up
6:45am -10am

Photographer- Finish Line Medium Priority

Minimum met.

Details

Memorialize the event for the racers. Take some pictures before the race, the race start, then each racer as they finish. No special equipment is required, photos will just be shared on the RC2 Facebook page for racers to enjoy.

Photographer- Course Low Priority

At least 1 more volunteer needed.

Details

Head out on the course and take some candid photos of racers and volunteers.
