One of our primary goals for this event is to provide an incredible experience for everyone who shows up. We would like to insure a good experience from the moment they pull into Amani until the time they leave. Parking volunteers will be provided with a safety vest to help be visible to drivers. Assisting with parking and traffic flow. Once participant gets out of car, welcomes and then points to where check-in is located as well as the start area.

We will have one aid station that will be located centrally in the middle of all the action next to the start/finish corral. You will be helping to keep the aid station stocked with the available supplies.

Details

You will be responsible for helping out at the end of each loop. When a runner does not complete the loop before the clock strikes 0 for that loop, we will be removing their wristband. You will be helping to make sure the wristband makes it over to the start, keeping a tracker of those that set a PR for distance, and helping Adam and Katie with taking a photo of the PR. Basically, you get to help celebrate the conclusion of each runner's day with us!

We will need to track the individuals that are still in the race. Volunteers will help track completion of loops by runners as they come through the finish line.
