The MS Run the US 3260 Challenge ✨

Step into a coast-to-coast adventure without ever leaving your hometown.
Join us for the MS Run the US 3260 Challenge, a nationwide movement that empowers runners and walkers to make a real impact for people living with multiple sclerosis (MS).

This challenge covers 3,260 miles together — right from your home.

The challenge is divided into four iconic regions, each approximately 750 miles.
Participants choose a region (or multiple!), log miles through running or walking, and help their team move across the map.

Join us — you’ll experience the spirit of a true relay — shared miles, collective purpose, and a finish line you cross together. 🧡

How It Works 🗺️

The 3260 Challenge is broken into four regions, each lasting about 4–5 weeks.
Choose one region to join—or challenge yourself to complete all four!

Region 1 – The Wild West 🌄
March 23 – April 23

Region 2 – The Mountain High 🏔️
April 25 – June 3

Region 3 – The Heartland 🌾
June 4 – July 6

Region 4 – The Big City 🏙️
July 7 – August 8

Each participant commits to:

🏃‍♀️ Average 15–25 miles per week, minimum 3–5 miles per week
💰 $250 fundraising goal to support MS Run the US
🎟️ Low cost $25 registration fee

Why It Matters

Every mile and every dollar raised helps MS Run the US support people affected by multiple sclerosis. Funds raised go toward programs that promote wellbeing, community connection, and physical empowerment for individuals living with MS. 🧡

Team Structure 🤝

Each region will consist of multiple teams

Teams consist of 6–10+ participants

You can:
• Join an existing team
• Create a team
• Register as an individual and be placed on a General MS Run the US team

The more people on your team, the fewer miles each person needs to complete — teamwork matters.

 
Mileage & Participation 👟

Each team works together to cover the full distance of their selected region

Open to runners and walkers of all experience levels

Mileage is shared across the team and logged individually

Example:
6 participants cover a 675-mile region over 4 weeks
→ Team goal: ~168 miles per week
→ Individual average: ~28 miles per week
