Our Race is Postponed - Check out your options below

New Date: November 14, 2020

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we've rescheduled our race to November 14 2020. We worked to find a date which didn't conflict with other races, would have similar weather to April, and would keep us in 2020. We continue to work with USATF, the City of Madison, UW Arboretum and our partners to ensure a successful race. Please choose an option below to indicate how you'd like to update your registration, and please review our Transfer and No Refund policy.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during these challenging times. Keep training and stay safe out there!

Refund Policy
We are unable to provide refunds to runners who withdraw from the race. 

Up to one week prior to race day (by 11/7/2020), a runner may offer to transfer their registration to another runner for the same race. Feel free to use our Facebook Event page to coordinate and communicate with other runners about transfers. Our committee is not able to coordinate transfers or payments for transfers between runners. Registered runners must contact the MadCity local organizing committee via the RunSignUp Race Page with the complete information regarding the transfer, including the contact information for the runner who will be competing in their place.

We will update your registration to the new event date once it is set, and look forward to having you join us.

For relay teams: Use your already-paid team registration and adjust team members as necessary. Contact madcity50k@gmail.com with any team members that need to be removed; new team members will need to register and join the existing team using the password created by the captain.

Thanks for your understanding and support of our race!

We will defer your paid registration to our 2021 event (date TBD). You will receive a promo code to register for that event at no cost once we have chosen a date.

For Relay Teams: We will send a promo code to the person listed as the team admin/captain once we choose our 2021 event date. All team members will need to re-register and join a team.

Up to one week prior to race day (up to 11/7/20), you may transfer your registration to another runner for the same race (100K to 100K, 50K to 50K, Relay to Relay). Feel free to use our Facebook Event page to coordinate and communicate with other runners about transfers. Our committee is not able to coordinate transfers or payments for transfers for you. Once you've identified a runner to transfer your entry to, you must contact the MadCity local organizing committee via the RunSignUp Race Page with the complete information regarding the transfer, including the contact information for the runner who will be competing in your place.
