Coffee, java, cup-of-joe, jitter juice, rocket fuel... whatever you want to call that cup of goodness, we love it! If you love it to, than the Coffee Grind 5k & 10k is the race for you! Come and enjoy this fun, coffee-themed race in Menomonee Falls on Saturday, October 12th. In partnership with Fiddleheads Cafe, each participant gets a hot cup of coffee or hot chocolate after the race. Runners also get a high quality, comfortable t-shirt, a finisher medal, and race bib. This is a beautiful new course you've never ran before! It cruises through neighborhood streets, Lime Kiln Park, and Rotary Park. There will be multiple aid stations on the course, but the VANILLA ICED COFFEE station is bound to be your favorite! You probably won't mind the donuts at the nutrition table either!
We will be raising funds for the Falls Food Pantry; we donate and we give you the chance to as well. This is a chip timed event with overall and age group awards.
Can't make it to the actual race on 10/12/19? That's ok... We have a virtual option that you get the same race swag, but run the distance on your own terms.
Have a kiddo that is too young for the full distance but still wants to run? We have a Free Kids 1k Fun Run called Stampede Kids at all of our events. Kids ages 3-10 get a Stampede kids race bib and a real finisher medal... For FREE thanks to the awesome people at Legendary Fitness in Menomonee Falls.

FREE KIDS 1K FUN RUN
Have a little kiddo that wants to run too but isn't ready for the full distance? They're in luck! We have a Kids 1k Fun Run at this years Coffee Grind race. As usual, the Kids 1k Fun Run is free! They get a fun Stampede Kids Medal and Bib.
Stampede Kids is sponsored by Legendary Fitness; the biggest and best Ninja/OCR gym in southeastern WI. Located in Menomonee Falls, they have tons of programs for both kids and adults, and they have a huge heart for the families that live in their community. VIRTUAL RACE OPTION
Can't make it for the race on 10/12/2019, but still want the sweet swag? You're in luck! We will have a virtual option for this 5k & 10k race.
Here's how it works:
1. Register for the virtual race you want to participate in.
2. Run the race distance when it's convenient for you.
3. Get your swag in the mail.
It's that easy!
Shirt, medal, and bib will be mailed out the week following the race.
CHARITY PARTNER
We are proud to raise funds for and support the Falls Food Pantry. They are doing great things for the less fortunate in the Menomonee Falls area.
Falls Food Pantry is a full-service food pantry completely run by community volunteers. The Pantry’s mission is to gather and distribute food to those with acute or chronic need who live in the greater Menomonee Falls area. It also strives to raise awareness of hunger in our community and provides volunteer opportunities for community members to serve one another.
The Pantry was established in 1983 by twelve area churches to help meet the needs of residents who needed food assistance. Today the Pantry continues to be supported by these partnering churches as well as many other local churches, businesses, schools, organizations, and individuals.
