The top 3 male and female finishers in 5-year age groups will receive a custom woodle. Age groups start at 0-14, then continue in 5-year increments.

🎉 Finisher Woodles
Every participant will receive a woodle crafted by Ridgeway Woodworks as a special keepsake!

🏅 Miss Your Medal?
If you missed picking up your medal, here’s how to get it.

What's a woodle?

Celebrate your achievement and take home something special!

Average Joe & Jane Awards

You don’t have to be the fastest to win something around here. The Average Joe & Jane Awards celebrate the male and female runners who finish exactly in the middle of the pack — the true heartbeat of the race.

Winners will receive a custom medal and event t-shirt. You must be present to win, because apparently we do require you to stick around for your moment of perfectly average greatness.

PLEASE BRING YOUR QR CODE WITH YOU!

You do not need to print it. We will need to scan the QR code on the receipt, though, so please have your email accessible on your mobile device or save a picture of your receipt with the QR code to your device’s image library.

Packet Pickup FAQ

Can I pick up another person's packet? Yes
Do I need an ID? Do pigs fly? Nope
Can I register at packet pickup? Yep
Can I pick up my packet race day? Yep
Can I transfer my race to someone else before the race? Yep

FREE Kiddos 1K

Bring the kiddos out for the Kiddos 1K.  All kids will get a bib just like Mom & Dad and they get a SCSE finisher medal.  The race is FREE for the kiddos if Mom or Dad are registered. Sorry no shirts for the kiddos and the race is really intended for kids under 10.

What is rucking?

Rucking is a physical activity that involves walking or hiking with a weighted backpack (called a rucksack). The term comes from the military, where soldiers train and operate carrying heavy loads over long distances. In civilian fitness and recreation, rucking is gaining popularity as a versatile and low-impact workout.

More information about rucking.

Although the Ruck Divisions are timed, it’s not competitive, and there are no age group awards. However, ruckers will still receive a finisher woodle

Walkers Welcome

Walkers and families are welcome to participate! We ask that all walkers stay to the right of the road so runners can pass on the left.

T-shirts

Race shirts are cotton. Participants registered by noon on June 20 are guaranteed a custom race shirt. After that, shirts will be available while online supplies last. Any remaining shirts will be distributed after the race on a first-come, first-served basis.
