Race Day Information

Race Day Schedule

Parking & Arrival

Plenty of parking is available inside Genesee Lake Road Park. Please follow the directions of event staff and park personnel when entering and parking.

Please do not park on Genesee Lake Road unless directed by the Summit Police Department.

We recommend arriving early enough to park, pick up your race packet, and get to the starting line. Fashionably late is great for parties. Not so much for races.

Bring Your Registration QR Code

Please have your registration confirmation and QR code ready when you arrive for packet pickup. There's no need to print anything.

You can open your confirmation email on your phone or save a screenshot of the QR code to your photo library. We'll scan it at check-in.

Race Shirts

Our custom race shirts are unisex cotton. Participants registered by noon on October 18 are guaranteed a race shirt.

Registering after the deadline? Shirts may still be available, but sizes and quantities are limited to remaining inventory.

Clucking Woodles & Awards

Overall Awards

The overall male and female runners in each distance will receive a custom award handcrafted by our friends at Ridgeway Woodworks.

Age Group Awards

The top three male and female finishers in each age group will receive a custom wooden award, affectionately known as a Woodle.

Age groups begin with ages 0–14, followed by five-year increments.

Everyone Gets a Clucker! 🐔

What's a Rubber Clucker race without your very own rubber chicken? Every participant gets a clucker. Yes, an actual rubber chicken. You're welcome.

What's a Woodle?

Missed your award? Here's how to claim it.

Course Description

Looking for a beautiful, fast course? You've found it! Starting at Genesee Lake Road Park, runners head west along a scenic, tree-lined road before turning around and heading back toward the finish.

There's just one little detail: the finish comes with a slight clucking elevation gain.

By slight, we mean a clucking hill. Don't worry. You'll clucking thank us later.

Walkers Welcome!

Walkers are welcome in any distance. Simply choose your preferred distance when registering.

The Walk Division is timed but noncompetitive, so there are no age-group awards for walkers. Walkers will still receive a finisher Woodle!

Please keep the 10:30 AM course closure in mind when selecting your distance. Come out, enjoy the course, and have a clucking good time!
