Double Sprint Race Info
The Carolina Beach Double Sprint is back!
Same format - new location
We're excited to bring back the highly popular double sprint format - following a one-year hiatus.
Set Up Events debuted this format in Kure Beach in 1997. The race moved to Carolina Beach in 2013 and now it's new home is White Lake.
Race Format:
* 375 meter swim
* 1.5 mile run
* 18.5 mile bike
* 1.5 mile run
* 375 meter swim
Timing/Results:
Participants will receive 5 split times as follows:
Swim #1
Run #1 (will include the transition from Swim #1 to Run #1)
Bike (will include transition from Run #1 to Bike)
Run #2 (will include transition from Bike to Run #2)
Swim #2 (will include the transition from Run #2 to Swim #2)
