Team Details for Event Day
We are so excited to keep building out a fun day for this year's Walk and Roll Chicago on May 30th! Here are a few more details for our teams to know what they can expect for event day. Teams can place orders with Panera for sack lunches as well as cover the cost of their team tent.
Panera Sack Lunch Option
Plan your group catering order for your team and contact Erika at Panera as soon as possible. Orders due by May 20th at 5:00pm, but don’t wait until then if you’re ready to get started planning lunch. Details:
-$10 sack lunch includes full sandwich, chips & petite cookie.
-Sandwich Options: Turkey and Cheddar, Bravo Club, Smokehouse BBQ Chicken & Mediterranean Veggie.
-This is for 5 sack lunch/$50 order minimum, please no individual orders.
-Delivery fee added to order total.
Please make sure to include a day of event contact name & phone number along with the delivery window of 9:30am-10:00am on May 30th at Upper Hutchinson Field in Grant Park: 200 E. Balbo Drive, Chicago IL.

Team Tents
Plan your team tent rental for event day! We offer the opportunity for you to cover the cost of your rental for a team tent, tables and/or chairs by ordering from the Store.
Order today and don't wait! Orders will close on May 21st so we encourage you to order as soon as possible. The map will be finalized after rental orders close.
