Whether you're a seasoned runner or lacing up your shoes for the first time, we're thrilled to accompany you on your journey to race day excellence. Our carefully crafted marathon training plans cater to entry and moderate levels of experience: from the Beginner 1 and Beginner 2 programs designed to gently introduce newcomers to the world of marathons, to the Moderate plan for those seeking a bit more challenge. All plans are structured to begin on Monday April 28th and run for 16 weeks to race day Sunday August 18th.
