Race Day Information
Thank you for registering for the 2nd Annual Waves of Hope 5K! We can't wait to welcome you this Saturday at Charnow Park! Please take a moment to read through this email as it contains everything you need to know for the event!
Packet Pick-Up
There will be no pre-race packet pick-up for this race. All packets will be picked-up race morning starting at 6:30am. It is strongly encouraged to arrive early to avoid long lines.

Parking
It is recommended to park at the Garfield Garage next to Charnow Park. This is paid parking, there are no reserved spaces for the event. If you do not pay for parking you will receive a ticket.

Timing
Race Timing is being provided by Southern Timing, LLC. All participants will receive an individual results page complete with your results, pace breakdown, finisher certificate & a 20 second video of you crossing the start & finish line! (Uploaded within 24 hours).
Results can be found live on race day at https://www.southerntimingfl.com/results
Please wear your race bib on the front of your body on the outermost layer of clothing. Improper bib wear may lead to a missed time.
REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR TRANSFERS
Absolutely no refunds, exchanges, or transfers as agreed to in the waiver signed during registration.
Weather Policy
Rain or shine the race will be held, however, we do reserve the right to adjust, alter or cancel the event in the event of severe and/or dangerous weather conditions.
