6:00 A.M. PRE-REGISTERED RACE DAY PACKET
Note signs in parking lot to be directed to proper 10k or 5k booth. Social Distancing is appreciated. Bibs have chip attached. If you do not have time to return to car, you may leave your Participation Pack only at a designated area for pickup after crossing the finish line.
6:15 A.M. BRIEF OPENING CEREMONY WITH 9/11/2001 SPECIAL TRIBUTE
6:30 A.M. GUN START after RACE DIRECTOR GIVES BRIEF 10K STARTUP DIRECTIONS and explains collection of course tokens necessary to enter 10k Mega Raffle.
6:45 A.M. 5K STARTUP PER RACE DIRECTOR’S INSTRUCTIONS - Quicker runners and sport chairs at the front of the start chute, slower runners, walkers, and those with strollers toward the back. Our preference is that all participants will start at the same time. Time begins for individuals as their chip activates as they cross the START LINE.
7:30 A.M. WINNERS FOR 30- GIFT GENERAL RAFFLE DRAWN AND POSTED - must be present to win and picked up by 9:20. New winners drawn for those prizes not picked up by 9:20.
8:30 A.M. TIMING STOPPED AND COURSE SUPPORTS ENDING. 1ST - 3RD M&F AWARDS AVAILABLE AS SOON AS RESULTS RELEASED TO RACE FACILITATOR.
9:10 A.M. AGE-CATEGORY WINNERS ANNOUNCED AND AWARDS/TROPHIES PRESENTED AT NO-CONTACT TABLES. 10K MEGA RAFFLE PARTICIPANTS VALIDATED AND WINNER DRAWN. Backdrop available for team photos, selfies, etc.
SPECIALTY AWARD - AMBASSADORS ACROSS THE AGES - Recognition of the oldest M and F participants, and the youngest. Registration fee is refunded and next year's fee is complimentary. The award reflects our Mantra - KEEP A MOVIN' - IT'S A MATTER OF LIFE. Physical fitness starts at an early age, and should be a life time pursuit.

All participants on course (even in strollers) must be registered and have bib due to Insurance requirements.
