- 11:30 AM - Race day check-in begins for all events. Please note: there is no race day registration for this event
- 12:50 PM - Final instructions provided for all 22K and 11K participants
- 12:55 PM - 22K and 11K check-in is closed, all 22K and 11K participants head outside to the start line
- 1:00 PM - RACE START for the 22K (double-loop) and 11K (single-loop) Timbuk Winter Run Challenge
- 1:05 PM - Final instructions provided for all 5K participants
- 1:10 PM - 5K check-in is closed, all 5K participants head outside to the start line
- 1:15 PM - RACE START for the 5K Timbuk Winter Run Challenge
- 2:15 PM - 5K Award Ceremony - inside the Garden Center
- 2:45 PM - 11K Award Ceremony - inside the Garden Center
- 3:15 PM - 22K Award Ceremony - inside the Garden Center
