How many people can be on a relay team?
Relay teams may have up to six athletes.
How does the relay work?
One athlete is on the course at a time. Your team decides when to exchange runners—every lap, every hour, every few hours, or whenever your teammate returns looking like they need snacks.
Does the team captain have to register everyone?
No. The team captain registers and pays for the team. If the event moves forward, the captain will receive a team code to share with teammates so they can register and join the team.
Do relay teams have to stay together?
No. Your team members do not need to register or arrive together. Build your team over time and coordinate with your captain.
Yep.
