Can I bring my Headphones?
The use of headphones is highly discouraged but not outright prohibited at our events. Please make sure you can hear instructions by volunteers or course officials for your safety.
Can I bring my Dog?
We love dogs, but having them accompany you during the event is prohibited. Service animals are permitted.
Can I bring my Stroller?
Yes, strollers are allowed and respectfully asked to start in the back of the race for safety reasons.
Can I bring my Bike/Skates/Skateboard?
No wheels are allowed on the course except for registered wheelchairs and official course vehicles.
