When is the deadline to submit results - mileage and fundraising?

All results must be submitted by Dec. 24 at midnight.

Do I have to complete my run in one outing?

Runs may be completed in one or multiple outings - as fast or as slow as you desire.

Where can I do the run?

Where you run is your choice - on an indoor track, treadmill or outside.  If you complete the run in a public venue, please comply with COVID-19 health rules and regulations in your area.

How do I report my distances?

You need to record and submit your distances through our results page on RunSignUp.com. Record each of your runs between Dec 1 - 24 and your miles will be added up along the way! If you finish your challenge early, keep on running as any additional miles will count toward the cumulative goal of 100,000 miles!

Please note - this is an honor system. While you can report your distances and times manually, we encourage you to use a GPS watch or computer to track and upload gpx files.

Are times verified?

Times will not be verified, they will be presented as reported. Remember: this is on the honor system, if you cheat, you're only cheating yourself. You do not have to post a time in order to log your distance. You may enter that you completed 10 miles and not enter an associated time. Your time will show up as "NONE."

Will participants be rewarded based on times?

No, participants will not be rewarded based on times because 1) it’s not required to record them and 2) participants are running in different locations, elevations, conditions, and courses.

Do I log miles or kilometers?

Miles, please. However, we know some distances are tracked in yards or meters—which is why we did the conversions up above.

I am registered, but I’m having problems submitting results or seeing my name in the results summary?

No problem, go back into your profile and follow these steps.

Will there be any prizes?

Yes! There will be a grand prize drawing conducted for the three following categories:

  • 5K / 10K
  • Half Marathon / Full Marathon
  • Ultra Marathon

You must complete the miles for which you signed up to qualify for the drawing. The drawing will be held at the conclusion of the challenge.

You may also participate in our #MilesThatMatter Social Challenge on Facebook or Instagram with a chance to win an additional prize (see details below).

How do I participate in the Social #MilesThatMatter Challenge via Facebook or Instagram?

To participate just post a photo from your run, use the caption to tell us which distance you’re running why you’re running, and include the hashtag #MilesThatMatter.

My name was selected in one of the prize drawings. When and how do I get that prize?

Prize drawings will be announced through email and on the social channels for Women’s Running and Podium Runner. Prizes will be mailed to you using your address that you provided in the registration process.

How do I download my bib number and finisher certificate?

Click here to visit your Profile. From there, you will see "View Digital Bib", "Submit Virtual Results" and other options on the right panel of your registration page. You must be logged into your RunSignUp account to access these tools.
