The Upstate Brew Series welcomes all runners — and of course beer drinkers — alike to the 4th Annual Upstate Brew Series. Our goal is to bring the running community a little closer with some liquid courage! This competitive point series includes 6 events across the Upstate.
Welcome to the Upstate Brew Series, a thrilling six-event race series that beckons both seasoned runners and enthusiastic newcomers to lace up their sneakers and embrace the joy of running. Our series is not just about the thrill of the race; it's a celebration of community, camaraderie, and, of course, the love of craft brews. Each event is uniquely crafted to challenge participants while fostering a sense of connection among fellow runners.
As runners traverse picturesque routes and compete in diverse distances, they not only accumulate points but also become part of a vibrant running community. Each race offers a unique flavor, reflecting the spirit of its location and the distinctive characteristics of the Upstate region. So, whether you're chasing personal records, aiming for age group victories, or simply reveling in the thrill of the run, the Upstate Brew Series invites you to join us on a journey that combines the passion for running with the pleasure of post-race celebrations featuring local craft brews and unforgettable memories.
You are entered in the age group category based on your age as of December 31st of the current year. You may still place in your current age group category for individual races, but the series is scored based on your end-of-year age. Athletes are automatically entered into the series when they register for any race and are scored automatically by our timing software. To ensure automatic scoring, please use the same RunSignUp profile.
Maximum of 5 races can score. If you compete in more than 5 races, we will take your top 5 finishes.

We recognize our top 3 award winners at the end of the year at our Annual Awards Ceremony, with trophies made by Hickory Handcrafted.
