About this Race Series
SERIES RULES: The Western Montana Trail Series offers fifteen age group and experience categories to make sure that you’re racing against the right crowd. You must race the same category for every race to be considered for the series overall, so be sure to look carefully and don’t be afraid to ask if you’ve got any questions.
SERIES EVENTS: Series points are available at five events:
May 21, 2016 – Mittower
June 11, 2016 – Lolo 12 Hour (solo)
June 18, 2016 – Missoula XC
July 2, 2016 – Philipsburg 46
July 16, 2016 – Seeley 55
5 race series is scored by best 4 races.
Series points for juniors (age 10-18) are available at three events:
May 21, 2016 – Mittower XC
June 18, 2016 – Missoula XC
July 16, 2016 – Seeley 35 (Seeley 22 for riders 10-14)
Juniors are allowed to race longer events, but not required for series points.
Junior series is scored by all three races
