What Is RunSignup University?
RunSignup University is a 1.5 day, hands-on educational class for timers and race directors. RunSignup Professors will take students through all the newest technology updates, allow for in-person testing of new features, and provide time for studying with your peers.
There will be one class for Race Directors, and one for Timers. Previous experience is highly recommended:
- RaceDay Certifications for timers
- RunSignup/Race experience for race directors.
Please bring your laptop!

Requirements for Enrollment
RunSignup University is intended for experienced race directors and timers who have a familiarity with RunSignup technology. This ensures that classes can cover advanced features and that classmates can brainstorm solutions to more complex challenges. If you are newer to the industry or RunSignup and wish to attend, we have some educational resources below that will help you get up to speed before class begins.

What to Expect from RunSignup University
Masters in Race Management: This program is for race directors who want to take their event to the next level. It will cover registration best practices, websites, email, marketing tools, race day technology options, and more.
Masters in RaceDay Technology: This program is for professional race timing. It will cover RunSignup tools you can use to build your business and increase revenue. Technology covered will include registration, websites, RaceDay Scoring, RaceDay CheckIn, RaceJoy, RaceDay Results, and more.
Review the recommended prerequisites and get caught up before school starts!
Gym Class: This class may be early, but at least the teacher is a pushover. Run, walk, or sit on the bleachers and watch your class!
Student Council: You're a leader in the industry, and we want you to be a leader for the school. This Wednesday session requires feedback and requests - fill out your survey in advance and challenge the administration!
Study Hall: Need a little extra time on a subject? Step out with small study hall group for some tutoring.
Dorm Options: There are multiple dorms to choose from within walking distance of your class. Pick the one that suits you best!
Dining Halls: Breakfast and lunch will be served on-site, along with a happy hour on Tuesday evening. Still hungry? Check out one of the many dining halls in the area!
ΡΣΥ: Greek Life: You can't study all the time. Take a break on Tuesday evening at a more sophisticated Greek Party.
