Are You Ready for RunSignup University?
RunSignup University is intended for experienced race directors and timers who have a familiarity with RunSignup technology. This ensures that classes can cover advanced features and that classmates can brainstorm solutions to more complex challenges. If you are newer to the industry or RunSignup and wish to attend, we have some educational resources below that will help you get up to speed before class begins.

RaceDay Timer Prerequisites
We recommend that all timers complete at least one RaceDay Certification prior to RunSignup University. To get the most out of the sessions, we suggest completing all RaceDay Certifications.
RaceDay Scoring Certification covers RunSignup’s scoring solution for timers. This course provides introductory level training to backend setup, troubleshooting, and reporting capabilities.
RaceDay CheckIn Certification is the newest certification, covering setup options and uses for the RaceDay CheckIn App. There is a live certification option on April 16th in addition to the on-demand certification.
RaceJoy Certification covers RunSignup's participant tracking and race day mobile app. RaceJoy is available exclusively through RaceJoy Certified Timers, and timers receive special pricing to allow them to add RaceJoy as an additional service and revenue stream for their business.
RunSignup Certification covers RunSignup’s registration and marketing tools so timers can provide additional support to races. The session also touches on fundraising tools and provides an introduction to RunSignup’s adjacent ticket solution.

Race Director Prerequisites
We recommend that all race directors have set up at least one event on RunSign, utilized a number of features, and/or kept up with webinars on recent release. If you are less experienced, the list below includes features to get acquainted with and resources to help you get up to speed.
