Sign up today to host veterans, families of the fallen, and inspired civilians to complete the Manion WOD (Workout of the Day) to honor the life and legacy of 1stLt Travis Manion, USMC.
Throughout his life, Travis was a fierce athlete who pushed his own limits in and out of the gym. This workout has been designed to test physical and mental endurance and to represent the date Travis made the ultimate sacrifice on 4/29/07. All participants, regardless of ability, can push themselves to complete a 400-meter run and 29 back squats, repeated for 7 rounds.
