The Friends of the Johnson Public Library support and advocate for the library’s mission as the community’s destination for discovery, learning, and making connections, through:
We are a community volunteer driven organization. Through fundraising, we will seek to raise money for the Library in order to fund programs, services, infrastructure and technology that are beyond the Library’s financial capacity. Through advocacy, we will make the case for increased understanding of, and support for, the role of the Library in today's society. Through volunteer work, we will expand the ability of the Library to offer programs and services.

The Friends of the Johnson Public Library Board is now meeting virtually via Zoom video conference. If you would like to participate, please send an email so we can add you to the invitation list.
Participation in Friends events is not mandatory nor is it required for membership – but it is a lot of fun and a great way to get involved and give back to the community.
For those members who want to do more - BFF membership includes up to 10 persons in a relationship, but in this case "forever" only means to the end of the membership year.
