Damani was diagnosed with Spina Bifida on June 10, 2024 while in the womb. He made his entrance into the world on October 13, 2024 through an emergency c-section after a rough pregnancy and 24 hour active labor. He then had his repair surgery at 2 days old on October 15th. Since then, Damani has been thriving! He is meeting all of his milestones and is the happiest guy you could ever meet! He has a few procedures coming up this year, but we know he will fight through them as he has fought for his entire life! He is the strongest little superhero ever!
