I will be running my 4th Ruck4HIT starting on April 24th (around 12:30 AM!) into April 25th. I do this to honor our veterans and active service members and the 20lb ruck I carry on my back symbolizes the burden that many of them carry.  It is a team relay and I will be running over 30 miles with my 20# ruck.  Monies raised through this event go to Heroes in Transition, a nonprofit that provides many great services to help our veterans and active service members. We run on a relay team and cover 200+ miles across Cape Cod and back.
