I will be driving for Alpha Fox Trot this year in the Ruck4HIT 2026.  This amazing relay travels over 200 miles through every town on the Cape to raise funds for those who have given so much for our freedoms.  The runners will be carrying weighted rucks representing the burdens that military members bear while on active duty and upon their return home. 

 Heroes In Transition provides unique programs that help veterans, as well as military members and their families strengthen communication and resiliency skills to improve their quality of life.  These programs make a difference in the lives of those who have served and are unique in comparison to programs that the government offers.
