I will be driving for Team Shamruck again this year in the Ruck4HIT 2025.  This amazing relay travels over 200 miles through every town on the Cape to raise funds for those who have given so much for our freedoms.  The runners will be carrying weighted rucks representing the burdens that military members bear while active and upon their return home. 

 Heroes In Transition provides unique programs that help veterans, as well as military members and their families strenthen communication and resiliency skills to improve their quality of life.  So many lives have been touched by these programs.
