More than just one morning of celebration, our MORE THAN PINK Walk is a months-long opportunity for you to turn your passion into impact. Take action with us today:
You can do it all—and more—from this website! So bookmark it, share it, stay involved with us now through the day of the Walk.
And don’t forget: registration is required for entry and is a powerful first step to you enjoying a full and memorable MORE THAN PINK experience.
There is no better place to channel your passion for ending breast cancer than our MORE THAN PINK Walk. As the global leader in saving lives, Komen Philadelphia’s 360-degree approach attacks breast cancer on every front, focusing on the pillars of our mission: research, care, community and action. This means, every dollar you help us raise is maximized not only to save lives right now, but to mobilize men and women to practice optimal breast health and energize science to develop cures for even the most aggressive types of breast cancer.
Given the continued escalation of COVID-19 (coronavirus)—and our utmost concern for the safety, health and wellbeing of our community—we have decided to reschedule the 2020 MORE THAN PINK Walk.® While the Walk will not be held on May 10, we are currently working with the city of Philadelphia to secure a date this fall. We will share that date on this website and our social media as soon as it is confirmed.
This MORE THAN PINK Walk website will remain active until the event in the fall, so you’ll have an ongoing opportunity to continue your fundraising campaign as well as register friends and family members and build your team. We understand that, for some people, the COVID-19 pandemic may present financial uncertainties. However, breast cancer continues to take lives every day—and we simply cannot pause in our mission. So we thank you for your commitment and encourage you to help increase our Walk fundraising among family, friends and colleagues—at whatever level you feel is appropriate. If we all give a little bit, our impact can be tremendous!
