On behalf to the Walpole Road Race Committee, I want to thank all who participated in a Walpole tradition that goes back more then forty years. When we made the decision to have a virtual race, we had no idea it would have been such an amazing success. Thankfully, our community of runners, young adventurers and local businesses pulled together to not only deliver a successfully fundraiser for the WHS Cross Country/Track & Field Program, but they helped engage our community with something fun and purposeful during this very difficult time in our history.
Most of you were one of more then 350 participants this year, on what turned out to be a beautiful 10 days of running and forest exploring. To all the Hunters and Athletes we appreciate both your time, commitment and generosity. We look forward to seeing you again next Labor Day!
