Story

I will be running my first Ruck4HIT relay this year as a Rucker. I will be carrying 20 lbs in my ruck. Our team of 7 ruckers, drivers, and support runners will cover over 200 miles in a relay across every town on Cape Cod. I will be doing this in memory of my father (USAF) and in honor of my son-in-law (active duty USMC) and godson (MA Air National Guard).
