The Steel MagNolas are proud to support Grace at the Green Light, a terrific nonprofit that offers New Orleans' unhoused community choices while providing for their basic needs (water, food, clothing, and community) in a loving manner that embraces the human spirit.
Grace is the only organization that provides daily intensive case management and nutritional support, 365 days a year, for those not staying overnight in local shelters. Since its founding in 2014, Grace has:
- Served over 350,000 meals & 40,000 items of clothing (Meals with Love)
- Reunited 3,500 individuals with family, with 93% remaining housed after 3 months (Going Home)
- Installed 11 water fountains and distributed over 1.3 million water bottles (Hydrate NOLA)
