I am participating in the Base 2 Space climb on September 28th to support Fred Hutch Cancer Center through the Space Needle Foundation. All donations raised during Base 2 Space will be directed to Fred Hutch and the Space Needle Foundation.
Fred Hutch has been integral to my cancer treatment since receiving my diagnosis. They have given me the opportunity to navigate this experience with autonomy, humor, community support, knowledge, and access to progressive treatments and holistic healthcare. Donations for this event go directly to my cancer center, funding the facilities where I currently receive treatment, as well as funding research for new treatment options that are in progress. Currently, my own brain cancer is considered incurable and there are no further treatment options beyond what I’ve already done to treat the tumor, so my life quite literally depends on research for developing new treatment options.
Donate or come climb with us to support the most badass cancer center on the West Coast!
