Putting on your own event? Need equipment? Epic Races has everything you need, from start to finish (line)!
Rental fees for our race equipment are listed below. These fees cover a three-day rental period, typically Friday through Sunday. A non-refundable security deposit is required.

WATER MONSTERS
The Patented WaterMonster is the first portable self-serving bulk water dispenser that is lightweight and stackable. The kit comes with the WaterMonster tank, stand and lid. Equipped with multiple outlets and various add-on accessories, the water dispensing tanks offer refreshing solutions for event managers and volunteers. It holds 125 gallons of water which is equal to 1000 water bottles. (photo below)

$1,000 minimum rental fee.
Delivery is available within a 200-mile radius of Ann Arbor. Delivery fees are $50 for the first hour, $25 for each additional hour, plus $.75 per mile.
Race Timing
Epic Races also provides timing services for triathlons, marathons, 5K runs, and everything in between.
Our timing services for single-discipline events begin at $3 per registered participant, with a $900 minimum. Travel and expenses are an additional fee.
We supply all the timing equipment, including timing hardware, timing mats, and loops.
