Crescent City Classic 10k

With any chance we have to better ourselves, we should always be looking for ways to better the world around us along the way. Running has always been one of my favorite ways to spend time outdoors appreciating our beautiful earth, and the Crescent City Classic is wonderful opportunity to also appreciate our city. However, the coastal land loss crisis in Louisiana puts so much of our life here in New Orleans and the greater Louisiana area at risk. This year, I have decided to commit to raising money and awareness for The Coalition to Restore Coastal Louisiana, a organization I have had the pleasure of volunteering with, along with my training for CCC to show my appreciation to the natural world and help in some small way to protect the land on which we depend.
