Village Bikes regular ride opportunities: (meet at shop unless otherwise noted)

  • Wednesdays @ 5:30pm, 20-23 miles, pace varies but generally 17- 20+.  Course changes when the amount of daylight changes
  • Saturday @ 8:00am, 25 miles, pace 20 + after warm up. 
  • Sunday @ 800am, Suffolk/Isle of White.  40-45 miles, pace 20-23, will get faster in spring and summer (meet at Burnt Mills boat ramp parking lot (Everets Rd and Kirk Rd)
  • Starting mid-May on Monday 5:30 will be all women’s road ride accommodating all paces, 20 ish miles.
  • Interval rides , Tuesdays and Thurday mornings, place TBD

M, W, F - 6 am - 7:10 ish
workout is just around 2800 - 3000 yds.
Monday is distance;
Wednesday is shorter intervals;
Friday is test sets and other stuff!

Fort Eustis Masters Swim M-F 0530 at Fort Eustis Aquatics center.

-Coaching is free, but there is a daily fee to swim. Penninsula Road Runners has group runs on Saturday and Sunday 0700 at NN Park or Mariners Museum. Pace is 7:00 to 8:00 per mile.

Williamsburg winery ride Sundays 9 am (in season)
Starts up again in March, A B and C pace rides
