Established in 1992, the Northeast Alabama Bicycle Association (NEABA) exists to promote safe road and mountain biking. NEABA strives to promote the healthy benefits of cycling by planning and sponsoring quality cycling-related events, advocate for cycling infrastructure in the form of trails and bike lanes, and by encouraging both recreational cycling and cycling as viable means of transportation.
