No Surrender Running Club (NSRC) is a sport-for-development nonprofit that aims to achieve the following: 1. Increase accessibility to sport among youth who are systemically underrepresented; 2. Support Positive Youth Development (PYD); 3. Facilitate a community among youth and adults characterized by a sense of belongingness, connectedness, and healthy relationship building; 4. Build representation in the sport of running. NSRC dismantles barriers to sport that are structural (cost of entry, not having programming offered at school) or perceived (“I’m not athletic enough.”) Once accessible, NSRC’s programming supports PYD, including physical, mental, emotional, and social wellbeing. NSRC’s programming also strategically builds a social community, involving youth participants, their adult family members, and other adult community members, within the larger community with the aim of increasing representation in the sport of running. Collectively, the achievement of the objectives outlined above creates a cycle wherein youth and their families increasingly have access to sport and the many biopsychosocial-emotional benefits that participation in sport can facilitate. In 2024, NSRC aims to serve over 300 youth and their adult family members! All donations will provide access to NSRC’s free programming to families!

Donate $50 or more and receive Race Day tent access and a NSRC running t-shirt or tank!
Donate $100 or more and receive Race Day tent access, a NSRC shirt/tank, and a “Follow the Storm” Yeti mug!
