Each year I help coordinate the Help Center's Run For Your Life in honor of my Uncle Steve, my mom's older brother. The Help Center could have saved my Uncle Steve’s life if he’d known about it. The Help Center is the local 24-hour crisis and suicide line for anyone in crisis, having thoughts of suicide, in need of resource referrals, concerned about a loved one or someone to talk to. They serve Gallatin and the surrounding 12 counties and are one of three crisis centers in the state of Montana that answers the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
