I'm Running/Walking the Help Center's Run For Your Life event to honor my friends and family who have battled with mental health. I started my journey as a young adult when I lost a very dear friend to suicide. I never want anyone to feel like they have lost hope and I certainly don’t want anyone to feel the pain of living without their loved ones.
The Help Center is the local 24-hour crisis and suicide line for anyone in crisis, having thoughts of suicide, in need of resource referrals, concerned about a loved one or someone to talk to. They serve Gallatin and the surrounding 12 counties and are one of three crisis centers in the state of Montana that answers the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
