Fortress Cafe LLC was founded out of the need to have a place for Fortress Coffee Co. to have its fresh roasted coffee brewing at all times. Owner Duncan Bone launched the Cafe with the blessing and encouragement of friend and brother-in-law Thomas Hess, who owns Fortress Coffee Co. With their powers combine, a new local hub was born for the great people of Jackson to experience.
The two families work together to provide a great space and product for community to flourish. Bringing people together is our passion and the goal of the Fortress businesses is to fuel community through great coffee and quality quick bites. Having been a personal trainer since 2014, Duncan brings a health perspective to the food options as well as a desire for quality cheat day options like cinnamon rolls and frappuccinos.
Duncan and his wife Elizabeth have four young boys and love the Jackson community. Let's meet for coffee sometime!
